The General Secretariat of the Central Library at the University of Baghdad has received recently a number of postgraduate students from the department of Qur’anic sciences and Islamic education who aimed to learn the process of borrowing books and dissertation and to have open access to a set of periodicals and magazines that of utmost benefit in their scientific researches.
