Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, rector of the University of Baghdad, accompanied by his assistant for administrative affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Waheed, has inspected the progress of the competitive exams for the medical and engineering studies taking place at the laser institute for postgraduate studies to keep abreast of all the administrative and technical procedures adopted there.
Then the rector visited the center for urban and regional planning for postgraduate studies to follow-up exams and to meet some students applying for the next academic year, recommending the necessity of commitment to all social distancing and preventive precautions to maintain public safety and to meet all logistical needs for the completion and success of exams, also this inspection visit included visiting the two colleges of engineering at Al-Jadriya Complex. It is noteworthy that the competitive examination on its first day is devoted for the medical and engineering disciplines, while the second day is to be devoted for pure and applied disciplines, while the last day will be exclusively devoted for humanities.
