The advisory office of the college of arts at the University of Baghdad announced recently its readiness to hold the Fourth Baghdad International Dialogue Conference 2021, in cooperation with the Iraqi Center for Dialogue at the ministry of oil and a number of other Iraqi thinking centers under the slogan (Strategy of transformation into an active state: the importance of internal harmony in light of the regional and international transformations).
This event comes for the sake of formulating a national strategy for being an influential country in the region and the world and towards exploring the paths of internal construction in light of the political, economic, social and security challenges at the present and to set an image of optimal and practical solutions for these challenges. The participants would shed light on the fundamental changes taking place in the whole international system, in reference to the leading countries and reformist forces that shape this system so as to enhance the transformation of Iraq into a regional actor. It is noteworthy that the sponsors of the conference would focus on ways to study the axes of energy security and its impact on Iraqi, regional and international transformations, with a review of the Arab – Chinese strategic agreements conducted lately and the geopolitical shifts in the Middle East and American systems.
