The dean of the college of engineering, Prof. Dr. Saba Jabbar Nema al-Khafaji, held an extensive meeting in the presence of her assistants for scientific and administrative affairs, a number of heads of departments and directors of follow-up and maintenance divisions. The meeting focused on the development of immediate and comprehensive plans to provide and apply all the conditions of safety throughout the college, namely in classrooms and laboratories through the implementation of rapid practical steps in this regard and in response to the directives of His Excellency the minister of higher education and scientific research and rector of the University of Baghdad so as provide a safe educational environment for our dear students, professors and members of the college.
