With great sadness, sorrow and satisfaction with God’s judgment and destiny, the central scientific promotions committee at the presidency of the University of Baghdad offers the most heartfelt sympathies on the sad demise of Prof. Dr. Balasim Mohammed Jassam, one of its members and the faculty member of the college of fine arts at the University of Baghdad.
