The department of human resources at the presidency of the University of Baghdad organized recently an extensive workshop on the development of an electronic employee management system, chaired by the assistant rector for administrative affairs Prof. Dr. Ahmed Wahid Nasser in the presence of deans of faculties. The workshop aimed to explain the mechanism of updating the electronic data of the university’s members in all its formations within an e-governance database. Dr. Ahmed Wahid stated that this software will ensure the archive of all personal information of university employees and even those related to their families, education and degrees obtained, their last promotions, pointing out that this system will ensure the validity of such data and the impossibility of forgery. It is noteworthy that the University of Baghdad has developed this software program in coordination with the computer center.
