Assist. Lecturer Haider Fadhil Kazim, a faculty member from the department of public administration at the college of management and economics has conducted a case study aimed at drawing the appropriate frameworks to prepare the new employees as well as to develop their skills and functional abilities at all levels and disciplines through the establishment of an environment that combines realism and training for practicing their new jobs in accordance with the institutional regulations followed in this regard.

He found out that the new employees suffer from a weakness in the professional dealing with people and lack of experience, so they need to practice their work efficiently during the training time through creating a virtual environment that simulates them to behave and respond simultaneously in real work environment, adding that such initiative was applied by the human resources department at the presidency of the University of Baghdad.
