Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, dean of the college of arts and rector of the University of Baghdad met the faculty members of the department of geography & geographic information systems and the department of psychology where he asserted the need for developing the scientific working environment within these departments, as well as improving the reality of scientific research conducted by professors and students in a way that promotes the college’s reality and serves our community.
This meeting came with the aim to diagnose the basic requirements need at the college for achieving work from the scientific, technical and administrative perspectives and to address them radically within a short time. The faculty members expressed their opinions to the rector in order to reach at the right action plan for achieving development and success in all academic departments.
