Assist. Lecturer Samer Saad from the college of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad has been honored recently with an international degree in sports training by Leipzig University in Germany after completing a course sponsored by the ministry of foreign affairs and that lasted for 5 months. The online course included lectures on scientific planning of annual training program, long-term sports training planning, motor learning and the development of the child’s personality through sports. It is noteworthy that this course is given only for the former graduates of Leipzig University.
