The department of computer science, in collaboration with Ibn Sina e-learning and the continuing education units at the college of science organized recently a virtual symposium via Google Meet service on “Adaptation skills with the emerging circumstances: E-learning” with the participation of a number of professors, students and those concerned.
The seminar aimed at identifying the skills used when adapting to workplace conditions, which in turn assist in making a successful career and the requirements necessary for faculty members and students in keeping up with e-learning applications and how to be compatible with. Also the participants addressed prominent matters such as human behavior, communication, conflict, job uncertainty, work pressures, administrative leadership that are all related to e-learning adopted during the current global pandemic.
