Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, rector of the University of Baghdad accompanied by the assistant rector for scientific affairs Prof. Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Samarrai inspected the first semester exams for postgraduate students at colleges of science and education for women in light of the outbreak of the new variant of Coronavirus epidemic. Dr. Munir al-Saadi praised the administrative procedures taken by the related committees, as well as the health and preventive precautions applied for passing the attendance examinations safely.
Then the rector visited the colleges of media, agriculture and al-Khwarizmi colleges of engineering to supervise and follow up the health procedures in terms of social distancing in compliance with the instructions set by the high committee for health and safety for the common good. It is noteworthy that the University of Baghdad instructed to perform the (PCR) test for all postgraduate students at all university formations to detect infections if any signs are noticed.
