The college of education for women at the University of Baghdad organized a training course for its staff on “the quality of service provided by employees: fitness and etiquette techniques in the administrative environment when dealing with others”. The course aimed to provide the administrative staff with many skills of intelligent responses, negotiation, also the basic rules of the formal communication with others and to address some professional problems that the employees may encounter and how to find the appropriate solutions to achieve a high level of job performance.

The participants reached at several recommendations, including the need to develop and enhance the skills of employees in order to achieve the desired goals in all educational institutions and finally to create opportunities for creativity among the staff for the enhancement of workplace environment.
