A number of postgraduate students specialized in psychiatry at the college of education for humanities has recently visited Ibn Rushd Training Psychiatric Hospital in Baghdad in coordination with the ministry of higher education and scientific research to hold a dialogue session with their counterparts there. The two sides addressed matters related to the psychological and educational guidance as well as the practical use of psychotherapy in the treatment of mental disorders along with the recent measurements and tests used in this regard.
Also the students tried to keep abreast of the techniques usually used in the hospital for the accurate diagnosis of mental symptoms among individuals with mental illness based on Vienna Test System administrated in computerized psychological assessments.
