Assist. Prof. Dr. Neima Dahash Farhan, dean of the college of Islamic sciences at the University of Baghdad received in his office the member of the Iraqi parliament’s education committee, Rasha al-Hatemi and her entourage. The two sides discussed a number of important issues, including the government contracts, financial budget as well as the need for updating curriculum given at the graduate and postgraduate studies and to establish joint committees to unify all curricula taught at the colleges of Islamic sciences in Iraq.

For his part, the dean of the college Islamic Sciences stressed on increasing courses of Islamic faculties more than planned, for they are inconsistent with the directions and ambitions of the college and the nature of studies in this age.
