The continuing education unit at the college of media held a training course on script writing for the media staff at the Directorate of Media, Radio and Television of Imam Ali Holy Shrine in Najaf. The lectures were delivered by Dr. Haidar al-Qutbi and Dr. Zhia Mustafa where they dealt with some theoretical and practical criteria basic for writing skills, preparation of radio and television broadcasts as well as the identification of forms and contents of such programs and documentaries.
The attendants praised the valuable information and the exchange of expertise with the lecturers who stressed the success of this course in achieving its objectives towards providing scientific and practical knowledge in this field.
