The department of human resources at the presidency of the University of Baghdad held a workshop on the transparency program and protection of public money chaired by the Assistant Rector for administrative affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Wahid Nasser who talked about the most important features that the effective employees must be characterized in, also their commitment to carrying clear special identification cards designed for this purpose, as well as taking into account the essential criteria for the proper selection of the staff in charge of specific tasks such as (integrity, honesty, good conduct, biography and full understanding of the work of their party).
The Dr. Ahmed Wahid Nasser directed all university formations to announce their general budgets frankly and to make it available to the public through their official website with the statement of their spending money, in addition to the commitment of all formations to publish accurate information about any financial contracts, the real value, time, method of each contract and so on, as well as the commitment of all university formation to inform the citizens of the importance and usefulness of the services provided online in order to change their convictions and trends towards any electronic financial transactions.
