Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, rector of the University of Baghdad has announced during the tenth session of the university council the launch of a new electronic human resources system (HRMS) at the onset of February, stating that this software will facilitate the administrative work accurately without any errors that in turn will have a positive impact on the logistics performance.
The rector confirmed that this software will be circulated to all university formations based on a username & password designated for each college, institute or center, so all data related to faculty members and students would be entered under the direct supervision of the unversity presidency, pointing out that all data will be updated in a reliable way in coordination with representatives of colleges, especially those related to scientific promotions, patents, international publications, participation in events and others. Dr. Munir al-Saadi added that this online management system will be completed entirely in 6 months to ensure its integrity and to review any technical defects.
