The Iraqi supreme national commission for accountability and justice has expressed its desire to coordinate with the college of media for the development and training of its media staff in various skills. Haidar Hussein al-Aqili, Director General of the department of media at the commission stated during his meeting with the dean of the college Prof. Dr. Ammar Taher that there is a real desire to develop a comprehensive plan to promote and upgrade employees and to provide technical advice in print & electronic journalism, radio, television and public relations, adding that the commission seeks to reflect the nature of its work through broadcasts or leaflets.
For his part, Dr. Ammar Taher stressed that the college is always ready to cooperate with state institutions in various mechanisms in harmony with the directives of the ministry of higher education and the presidency of the University of Baghdad via organizing various training courses conducted by the continuing education unit as well as opinion polls on the work of the commission.
