Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, rector of the University of Baghdad visited lately the department of postgraduate studies accompanied by the assistant rector for administrative affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Wahid Nasser who were received by the director of the department, Prof. Dr. Hussein Qassim Hussein. The rector stressed on calling the university formations to check the data of postgraduate students according to a special form and the need for archiving student data in a centralized database before the issuance of official university transcripts.
The two sides also discussed matters related to the software used and the difficulties faced and how to overcome them as well as the need for coordination with the study portal adopted by the computer center in order to improve the academic performance this year. Dr. Munir al-Saadi explained the necessary working mechanisms and requirements for achieving our educational future vision targeted towards improving online registration appropriately on behalf of students so that they can book in advance for an interview to inquire about any details related to their study in cooperation with the website division so as to provide the best services for the students and academic staff in all university formations.
