The department of physics in collaboration with the continuing education unit has organized a scientific lecture on “Intelligent Drug Delivery System” delivered by Prof. Dr. Farah Tariq Mohammed Nouri in the presence of a number of students, professors and those concerned with pharmacology. The lecturer aimed to introduce this perfect technological system that meets the criteria of increasing doses of drugs delivered to tissues, helium and devices and reduce side effects by improving the effectiveness of drugs in plasma targeted towards the diseased sites of utmost importance and to create a profile best for the needs of each patient.

Dr. Farah Tariq identified the development of nanoparticle formulations such as graphene, gold, silver as well as natural herbs used in antibacterials, anti-cancer, cellular toxicity, biocompatibility and how to deliver a drug by XRD,TEM,Uv through the body , as it needs, in order to obtain the desired therapeutic effect in a safe manner. This process is called the smart pharmacokinetic system that is concerned with the amount of the drug and the duration of time spent in the body through preparations of chemical medicine and medical instruments or products in a largely integrated way for drug administration.
