The Center for Information Sources at the General Secretariat of the Central Library, University of Baghdad has organized recently a workshop on how to develop university student skills in the mastery of English delivered by the lecturer Ali Jamil.
The workshop dealt with many topics, the most important of which are the methods and strategies adopted for speaking English fluently through creating an interactive atmosphere for students as well as encouraging them to overcome any feelings of fear or shyness and raising their self-confidence when exchanging English with others. It is noteworthy that the center for information usually organizes such events weekly to provide students with the most useful tips for language exchange.
