The presidency of the University of Baghdad represented by its rector, Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi offers the warmest and sincere congratulations to the heroes of the valiant Iraqi army in all its ranks on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of its founding.
Prof. Dr. Munir al-Saadi stated in his speech that we have the right to be proud of our heroic army for its record full of courage and determination, recalling the Iraqi martyrs who sacrificed their souls defending the homeland and stressing that we celebrate this day (January 6th) of honor and loyalty with the sons of Iraq in their national day; we ask God almighty to sustain joys and victories for our dear country and army and that our great Iraqi people would always enjoy security.
