Dr. Hiba Abdullah Ahmed, a professor from the department of mathematics at the University of Baghdad was selected as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) which is a peer-reviewed, open-access publication from IOP Publishing providing readers with the latest developments in physics presented at international conferences.
It is noteworthy that this peer-reviewed journal is listed in Scopus Q3 databases and it is issued by IOP Publishing (previously Institute of Physics Publishing) of the Institute of Physics. It provides publications through which scientific research is distributed worldwide, including journals, community websites, magazines, conference proceedings and books and this institute is a scientific charity devoted to increasing the practice, understanding and application of physics.
