Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, the university rector held a meeting with the director of dormitories at the University of Baghdad, Dr. Omar Faleh Hassan and the administrative and technical staff to discuss preparations for the beginning of the new academic year (2020-2021) and the housing of postgraduate students despite the current financial crisis and the exceptional circumstances imposed by Coronavirus pandemic.
For his part, Dr. Omar Faleh Hassan reviewed his plans to provide a healthy environment for our students, stating that the work is accelerated to prepare enough rooms to accommodate 900 admitted students whose number has doubled compared to last year. At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Munir al-Saadi thanked the staff for their efforts in rehabilitation of the dormitory during the past two months and called them to overcome all problems that hindered their work.
