Prof. Omar Faleh Hassan and Prof. Thifaf Jaafar Sadiq, lecturers from the department of petroleum engineering have fulfilled recently the requirements of PhD degree at Curtin University in Australia in the fields of reservoir engineering and natural gas production engineering.
Also they have published many researches in sober international journals and supervised a large number of graduation projects for the students of the fourth stage and master’s dissertations at the aforementioned university. The teaching staff at the department of petroleum engineering, University of Baghdad has welcomed the return of these professors to engage in work and to transfer their experiences and knowledge gained there to serve our country.
