The college of medicine was chosen as member of the editorial board of the Medpulse International Journal of Anatomy (MIJOANT) which is an open access, peer-reviewed and leading journal conducting anatomical scientific research in India. Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Lutfi Al-Imam was selected as a section editor to evaluate research submitted to the American Association of Clinical Anatomists for being a member since 2016, also he completed a degree in medical anatomy and physiology in 2014-2015 from the University of Florida and another degree in comparative anatomy of vertebrates from Athabasca University in Canada in 2016.
In May this year, Dr. Mohammed Ahmed has participated in an intensive training program and obtained an advanced certificate in neurolinguistics related to the study of how language is represented in the brain and its applications in neurosurgery where he was awarded by Saint Petersburg State University which is one of the oldest and largest universities in Russia.
