Higher institute of financial and accounting studies at University of Baghdad held its second national conference for postgraduate students under the slogan “accounting and financial creativity in the service of community”. Dean of the institute and Chairman of the preparatory committee, Prof. Dr. Mowaffaq Abdul Hussein stressed the importance of making further efforts to establish such specialized conferences that support postgraduate students and contribute to urging researches to solve problems faced by our Iraqi national economy. Prime Minister’s advisor for economic affairs, Prof. Dr. Muzhir Mohammed Salih delivered his research paper during which he addressed a range of old economic plans and strategic methods that were adopted before till the present stating that the Iraqi economy depends on central ecosystem that includes small intermediate companies within large companies, distributors and consumers which contributes effectively in reducing unemployment around the world.
