Seventh session

Directives of the president of the council:

I: Directing the central committee of promotions uncles to all profiles on the use of new forms of scientific promotions sent to scientific research evaluation experts.

II: Approval of scientific research sections and councils promotions sections for adoption in scientific research and promotions offered by the level upgrade and academic rank.

III: In case of delay of the sender whose outer resident scientific evaluation promotion research answer according to the selected period mentioned sends another resident research and adopt the final rating even if the arrival of the first resident of answering according to ministerial instructions.

IV: Scientific research in various scientific journals outside Iraq offers the opportunity to inform our research abroad in addition to what is published within Iraq.

V: Send scientific research promotion and Iraqi experts working in concrete universities (European and American).

VI: Directing the committee of the central scientific upgrades upgrade transactions as quickly as possible as much as possible and not to delay it.

VII: Directing the colleges’ boards to send notes for undergraduate admission to the University Council of the University Council and submit them to the opinion as recommendations for the next academic year.

Powers of University council:

1. Scientific promotions to professorship:

The council considered a note by the Central Committee of scientific promotions at its sessions, No. 149 dated 23/11/2015 contained the recommendation of the Committee on scientific University Central upgrades taken second meeting held on 14/9/2015, on upgrading the lecturers selves listed below to the professorship, completing the scientific upgrade requirements in terms of originality in their research and University Service:

After discussion, the council adopted resolution:

Resolution

1. Approve to upgrade those listed in the table above to professorship according to effective dates mentioned about name them all for completing upgrade requirements in terms of originality in their research and service life of the University on any financial implications before the adoption of this campus.

2. Congratulating those listed above for receiving the title of professorship.

2. Awarded the title of the tenured professor:

The council considered a note of Scientific Affairs Department with u p/1437 dated 25/11/2015 on the recommendation of the Committee meeting as well as Clinical Professor taken on 28/10/2015 included agreeing to refer the question of granting the title of tenured professor of retired professors listed in the table below to the university council for consideration.

3. Assigning the graduation date for the students of the faculties of (medicine, Al-Kindy college of medicine)/second phase for the academic year (2014/2015):

The council considered a note by the Student Affairs Department, confirmations with u/FS/21413 dated 1/12/2015 on appointment outside the faculties (medicine, Canadian medicine) second level academic year 2014/2015 cycle (our defeat terrorism and build a home), so I suggest the section to be graduation date of Thursday 31/12/2015.

Resolution

The graduation date would be on Wednesday, 30/12/2015 to be a date for my college graduation (medicine, Canadian medicine)/second level academic year 2014/2015 cycle (With our unity, we defeat terrorism and build home).
