A delegation of CBM Computer Business Machines visited the computer center in the university of Baghdad represented by its director professor Pierre Abi Joda and professor Nabil Abi Joda (sales and support manager). During the meeting they shed light on the company and its most important projects through an introductory presentation within the framework of activating technological cooperation between the two sides. For his part, the director of the computer center professor Dr. Ghassan Hamid presented an extensive presentation about the center and the world rank certifications it received, its departments, the courses and services it offers in the scientific and academic fields. The delegation visited the presidency of the university and met the president of university professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein to discuss the possibility of collaboration and twinning between the two parties especially in information technology. This visit came for opening horizons of mutual collaboration with global institutions and companies through which ideas are exchanged, developing and increasing services that the university of Baghdad offers for society whether for state institutions or private sector.
