Professor Dr. Hassan Mandeel Hassan Al- Ugaili received gold medal from the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research at International Baghdad Festival of creators held by Cultural Iraqi House Foundation under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture in the National Theater, which was held to honor the wide range elite of creators and the Iraqi scientific competents . The honour has included a group of scholars, artists, representatives ,leaders, politicians, ministers, ambassadors, journalists, intellectuals, athletes , the elders of the indigenous Iraqi tribes and others who have contributed to the establishment of cultural attractions, media, art and science of the new Iraq. At the top of honorees was the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and was adorned scarf of honor, and scarf of Iraq. The honoring included also a group of Iraqi scientists who have registered distinguished scientific innovations from all Iraqi universities and have been nominated by the Ministry of Higher Education and under the direction of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. From Baghdad University was our colleague, the linguistic expert in the website unit of Baghdad University and head of the validity of teaching committee, Dr. Hassan Mandeel Hassan Al-Ugaili, who was honored a gold medal and a certificate of appreciation for his scientific efforts ,creative ability and research works that exceed fifty books between scientific published books and original scientific researches in Arabic , linguistics, media , integrity, education , Islamic history and ethics, as well as Quranic studies , interpretation, rhetoric and stylistic. He was known for his love of science and passion to follow-up and codify knowledge and all that comes from his new books. It is worth mentioning that he is working now to write books about ethics commissioned officially by the President of the Integrity Commission.
