Center for urban planning signs a scientific agreement with ISOCARP

Dean of the urban and regional planning center Assistant Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein Abd Ali al-Askari signed a scientific agreement with director of ISOCARP Foundation in Netherlands Mr. Rick Stevens. The convention came during the participation in the 7th international conference entitled (urban and regional planning in post-modernity Iraq).
