Lecture on power and its applications in bio-mechanics at the faculty of physical education for women

The continuing education unit at the faculty of physical education and sports science for women, University of Baghdad held in cooperation and coordination with a professor from the department of team games, Prof. Dr. Widad Kazim al-Zuhari a lecture on (power and its applications in bio-mechanics and sports training) for doctoral and master female students. Dr. Widad addressed the concept of power mechanically and its impact on sports training, identifying the main characteristics and indicators of strength in training and competition such as (instant power and ground reaction force). Also the lecturer asserted the importance of reactions of body parts and linear movements. At the conclusion of this lecture, dialogue was opened for interventions from postgraduate students for the purpose of exchanging information that may benefit them in the theoretical and practical fields.
