Baghdad University Council resolutions – 20th session
Twentieth session
I. Direct the deans to focus on cleanliness of all University formations and proceed with the Service Manager in their deployment to show colleges decent appearance which reflects on the reputation of the University of Baghdad.
II. Use of funds for cleaning and gardening at the University profiles properly and bring in workers (wages) of these funds if the money is not used for the purposes mentioned above and used for other purposes the funds withdrawn from the College.
III. Direct administrative assistant Mr contact Baghdad for coordination to maintain interface colleges and under the responsibility of the Secretariat.
IV. Direct Mr. Administrative Assistant to contact medical City Manager/Department of health to coordinate on waste city medicine, forensic Dentistry College surroundings things are looking up.
V. Redirect gentlemen Deans to submit names of candidates for the post of Associate Dean or department heads before the ninth month of the year and issue orders with the start of the new school year and receive their assignments.
VI. Direct administrative assistant to check the nomination forms for the post of Associate Dean or department heads from the University collections and returned to your treatment in case of lack of nomination and pledge came with the form with controls. Then go to discuss issues contained in the agenda for the meeting as follows:
Mechanism of cooperation/approval of postgraduate students’ researches/Faculty of engineering:
The council considered the written Engineering College with o/222, 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228, 231, 235, 236, 237, 9, 10, 16, 22/7/2014, on the recommendations of the Committee for the cooperation mechanism for the adoption of a number of postgraduate research contained in the record of the sixteenth and seventeenth and eighteenth and nineteenth sessions held on 21/5 and 4, 18, 25/6/2014:
1. Adoption of PhD research by (Hussein Allawi Ibrahim)/mechanical engineering department with planning and monitoring service/Ministry of science and technology.
2. Adoption of a doctoral student’s research (Eman Jabbar)/mechanical engineering department with planning and monitoring service/Ministry of science and technology.
3. Approval of the research master’s student (Nihad Jassim Mohammed)/mechanical engineering department with the Department of coordination with universities/industrial research and Development Organization/Ministry of industry and minerals.
4. Approval of the research master’s student (named Hamad Khalil)/civil engineering department with Hammurabi company /Ministry of construction and housing.
5. Adoption PhD research by (Khalid North Moshab)/civil engineering with irrigation and reclamation/Ministry of water resources.
6. Approval of the research master’s student (Sarah Saad Ullah)/mechanical engineering department with the Department of coordination with universities/industrial research and Development Organization/Ministry of industry and minerals.
7. Approval of the research master’s student (Haidar Hashim Khalil)/mechanical engineering department with legal/contract division/industrial research and Development Organization/Ministry of industry and minerals
8. Adoption of the research master’s student (Mohammad Muhsin Hamid)/oil Engineering Department with the Ministry of oil.
9. Adoption of the doctoral student research (names of Hassan Zia)/chemical engineering with an Engineering College/University of Kufa.
10. Adoption of the PhD research (Luay Hussein Kazim)/civil engineering with the Directorate of municipalities of Babylon.
11. Adoption of the research master’s student (Ghufran Salman Jaffar)/Civil Engineering Department with planning and monitoring service/Ministry of science and technology. Based on the cooperation mechanism with the ministry of higher education and research and relevant ministries or non-related ministry (160) for 2009:
Approval of the recommendations of the Commission of the cooperation mechanism in Faculty of engineering for the adoption of a number of research postgraduate students listed in sequence (1-11) above, based on the collaboration mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009 that doesn’t conflict with the help and supervision of graduate students in number and scientific levels.
1. (Ammar Abbas Saleh)/Department of chemical engineering (Dr. Jathwa Abdul Karim Ibrahim)/environmental engineering as consultants with the ministry of industry.
2. Contract with teaching staff and space engineering department listed below with the Shiite Endowment Office:
-Dr. Fanar Mansour/graphic survey.
-Yusuf Hussein/MA in area survey.
-Omar Ali/ MA in area survey.
-Luma Khaled/MA in area survey.
-Hassan Mehdi Hamid/diploma in area survey.
Based on the cooperation mechanism with the ministry of higher education and scientific research with relevant ministries or non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.
1. (Ammar Abbas Saleh)/Department of chemical engineering (Dr. Jathwa Abdul Karim Ibrahim)/environmental engineering as consultants with the ministry of industry and minerals
2. Contract with teaching staff and space engineering department listed in the above with the Shiite Waqf Divan. Based on cooperation mechanism with the ministry of higher education and scientific research and relevant or non-related ministry (160) for 2009:
The council considered the book of university council, No. 21 q/5124, 5035 on 5, 11/8/2004 on the recommendation of the council of the faculty of agriculture in its fifteenth session on 4/6/2014 and 16 from 11 till 18/6/2014, agreed on the following:
1. Dr. Hamid Ali Hadwan/head of senior researchers at ministry of agriculture would be in joint supervision with Dr. Hassan Ali Abdul Rida, teaching in soil and water Science Department in the College of agriculture in our University to doctoral student based on the instructions of a cooperation mechanism the Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.
2. Dr. Hussein Fadel al-Rubaie/head of senior researchers at the ministry of science and technology would be in joint supervision on the doctoral student named “Basim Hason Hasan” based on cooperation mechanism with the ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related ministry (160) for 2009.
1.
