Baghdad University Council resolutions – 15th session
Fifteenth session
I. Assigning the date of final exams at college boards.
II. Not to promote any dispatch of lecturers and deans during exams to maintain final exams.
III. Guiding Dean of Islamic sciences to form a Committee to choose a candidate for the Ramadan Holy Quran contest of colleges based on the book by Ministry of higher education and scientific research Minister Office/m, 2/128 on 7/5/2014.
IV. Willingness and preparedness to provide all the supplies for students for final exams at university colleges.
V. End preparations for College day concert 14/5/2014 and provide all the supplies to initialize a ceremony befitting of the University of Baghdad and Sophistic position.
Scientific promotions:
The council considered the notes by the President of the Central Committee of scientific promotions at 12, 25 and 35 dated 11/2 and 1, 25/3/2014, containing the recommendations of the Commission of the central scientific promotions omnibus taken by its twelfth, thirteenth and fifteenth 28/1 and 11/2 and 11/3/2014, on upgrading the lecturers selves listed below to the professorship, completing the scientific upgrade requirements in terms of originality in their research and University Service.
Resolution
1. Approve the upgrade selves listed above teachers professorship, effective dates installed about name them all for completing upgrade requirements in terms of originality in their research and service life of the University on any financial implications before the adoption of this campus.
2. Sending congratulations to selves trainers listed in the above to receive the title of professorship.
Extension of university service of faculty members:
The council considered the administrative section with notes 1853 and 1854 and 1912 and 1913 and 2023 2074 dated 14, 17/4 and 5, 11/5/2014 book College Science for girls with no 524/o b 12/5/2014 contained the recommendations of the Board of the Canadian Medical College and Medical College of science and College of science for girls and Graduate Institute of accounting and financial studies for graduate studies for approval to extend the service of trainers listed in the below, based on article /I/b of the second amendment to University Service Act (1) for the year 2014. After discussion, the council adopted resolution:
Resolution
Agree to extend the service of trainers listed in the table above for one year based on the provisions of article 11/I/b of the second amendment to University Service Act (1) for the year 2014.
Cancellation of sanctions against faculty members and employees:
The council considered the memoirs Legal Affairs Department with 965 and 1025 and 1078 and 1085 and 1102 and 1111 and 1164 dated 1 and 8 and 13-15 and 22 April 2014 and involved agreeing to cancel sanctions against faculty members and employees in University and colleges (languages, dentistry, media, education, humanities/Ibn Rushd). The legal affairs section stated that sequences (1-11) got a book acknowledgement from Mr. minister and have been granted football career before their deployment section therefore finds cancellation penalties imposed upon cancel granting administrative foot granted to each of them, in terms of article 21 of the law on discipline of public servants and the public sector (14) 1991 rate, either (12-15) sequences could cancel sanctions against them to the provisions of article 13 of the law of the State and public sector personnel discipline ( 14) of 1991.
Resolution
Agree to cancel sanctions against lecturers and staff mentioned above so as to abolish conditions laid down by article 21 of the sequences of (1-11) and (13) to sequences of (12-15) in the table above of the discipline of State officials and public sector (14) of 1991 as amended and stipulated conditions.
Assigning the date of student graduation for the academic year (2013/2014):
The council considered the book Ministry of higher education and scientific research/Minister’s Office contained us via email on 6/5/2004 containing our university graduation ceremony scheduled for the school year 2013-2014, after the debate, the council adopted resolution:
Resolution
Decide to be on 20/11/2014 date for our university graduation ceremony of school year 2013-2014.
Mechanism of cooperation/Faculty of agriculture:
The council considered the book University Council of 2919 number 17/4/2014 on the recommendation of the Board of the Faculty of agriculture at its tenth meeting, held on 19/2/2014 contained approval:
1. Saad Hatem Mohammed/senior researchers/training and rehabilitation centre in the Ministry of agriculture in the joint supervision doctoral student search Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed and unmarked (economies of commercialize some vegetable crops in Baghdad for the 2014 season), based on the collaboration mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.
2. Dr. Muhammad Abdul Karim Manhal/agricultural equipment Department in the Ministry of agriculture joint supervision doctoral student search Saad Jaafar Ibrahim and unmarked (value chain analysis for fish production in Iraq) based on the instructions of a cooperation mechanism the Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009. Having considered the above recommendation, and the first topic and the debate the Council adopted resolution:

Approve cooperation between remote sensing unit in the faculties of our university and the Ministry of science and Technology/Department of renewable energies in the area and supervise student research based on collaboration mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009.

The council considered a note by the Scientific Affairs Department number 343 20/4/2004 on the recommendation of the Committee for the cooperation mechanism in the College of education at its meeting on 24 March 2014 contained approve Dr Adnan Yassin Mustafa contracted teaching staff in college with the Ministry of planning/human development department as a consultant based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009, after the debate, the council adopted resolution follows:

The council considered a number of engineering faculty book/154 of 4/5/2004 on the recommendation of the Board of the Faculty of engineering of the eleventh meeting held on 5/2/2014 included approval of the research master’s student (Hind Jabbar)/Chemical Engineering Department in the College listed with the Ministry of oil/petroleum research and development center based on cooperation mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009, after the debate, the Council adopted resolution follows:
