Baghdad University Council resolutions – 13th session
Thirteenth session
I. Emphasize the role of the Dean and Associate Dean and follow-up unit in our formations in coordinating work on graduation and see all alfliksat and banners before commenting in the halls of colleges in line with academic usages out of politics or sectarian and confessional.
II. All University formations in coordination with the University Presidency in regards to all their cases to facilitate administrative procedures and the proper functioning of the context.
III. Emphasis on student grant and distributed on arrival students for College and implement directives from the Minister to students for repeaters for the academic year 2012-2013 covered by the grant and the first school students deserve the grant date of the commencement of the study.
IV. Commitment to our students uniforms and follow it consistently.
V. Develop or suspensions in the branch or Department as required in the labour market where most international universities tend to develop in response to labour market studies.
Vi. Special committees study subjects development in colleges (departments, branches, postgraduate) from faculty members subject to study developed and not a single Committee.
The council considered the memoirs Legal Affairs section with number 751 and 752 and 840 dated 10 and 19 March 2014 involved agreeing to cancel sanctions against faculty members and staff in the College (education of Humanities/Averroes) and Central (research and the Museum of natural history, market research and consumer protection). Legal Affairs Department where cancellation of the penalties mentioned in college and wrote the above centers, so as to abolish conditions laid down in article 13 of the law on discipline of public servants and the public sector (14) of 1991 as amended and stipulated conditions, after the debate, the council adopted resolution:
Agree to cancel sanctions against lecturers and staff mentioned above so as to abolish conditions laid down in article 13 of the law on discipline of public servants and the public sector (14) of 1991.
The council considered the book Department of quality assurance and University performance than number 126 z c of 6/2/2014, accompanies the book Ministry of higher education and scientific research/counselor’s Office for quality assurance and international accreditation with number 207 dated 1/12/2013, on proposals submitted to the Minister on the fringes of workshops held by UNESCO from 25-29/11/2013, where the rector on 21/1/2014 view paragraph (8) of the above proposals on the University Council And on “student community service day”. After the debate, the council adopted resolution:
Adoption of (March 5th) as a day for student community service.
1. Adoption of the research master’s student (Mustafa Khaled moz’l)/electrical engineering with computer center at the University of Baghdad.
2. Approval of the research master’s student (dorgham Razak optimizer)/electrical engineering with computer center at the University of Baghdad.
3. Approval of the research master’s student (Mohamed Fadel Abbas)/Civil Engineering Department with the college of engineering at Muthanna University. Based on cooperation mechanism with the ministry of higher education and research and relevant and non-related ministries (160) for 2009:
Approval of the recommendations of the Commission of the cooperation mechanism in Faculty of engineering for the adoption of a number of research postgraduate students listed in sequence (1-3) above, based on the collaboration mechanism help Ministry of higher education and research with relevant ministries and non-related Ministry (160) for 2009 that doesn’t conflict with the help and supervision of graduate students in number and scientific levels.
