Abstract
This study was conducted to limit the cracks in the concrete using different concentrations of Bacillus sphaericus bacteria isolated locally, which were added to the concrete mix and different concentrations of becteria. The tests carried out of Bio-concrete are water absorption tests, compressive strength, ultrasonic plus velocity and microstructures electron microcopy compared of control mix with various ages. Concrete specimens were examined afterloading 10% of the compressive strength of the examined specimens to obtain micro- cracks in the concrete specimens and then return them to curing water and test them with ages 60 and 90 days, to demonstrate the effect of bacteria in concrete cracks.
