Abstract

Long distance chasing photometer NAG – ADF-300-2 a style , and  platform to record the output signals of the sample segment ( in microliter ) and chasing it,s early stages of travelling through 110 mm distance followed by 100 mm without detection to allow for signal recording completion or recording the first signal then another 60 mm of detection . The two detection stages is separated from each other and can be:

  • Record any signal coming from either cells .
  • Changing the intensity of incident light falling on the flow cell .

Flow cell is 270 mm divided theoretically on the basis of that the first cell is 110 mm irradiated with  11 W.S.LED ( Colour temp. 6500 °K ) while the second cell irradiate with 6  W.S.LED.

The possibility of recording of attenuated light at )0-180°  (, also diverged fluorescence light at)  0-90°  ( for either of the used cells .Signal mixing and obtaining sector signal for either single cell or both cells and the combination of signals ( 0-180°  ) for both cells of)  0-90°  (for both cells or the algebraic sum of  ( 0-180°  ) signals also for ( 0-90°  (for each single cell . The style and manner and followed mode unprecedented.
