Abstract
In this patent, a Produce and evaluate Ashbat Al-Shifa Pellicle (SCOBY) for antimicrobial wound dressing in vitro against pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic yeasts isolated from burns, wounds and diabetic foot alcer patients and Staphylococcus aureus isolates (MRSA, ORSA, and VRSA) isolated from previous research from service workers whose visiting Al-Nu’man Hospital for the purpose of obtaining a health card.
In addition, a method that has not been addressed in advance has been used to produce different sizes of Ashbat Al-Shifa Pellicle (SCOBY) which can be used in the study of antimicrobial activity (study of microbial resistance, bacteria or yeasts to Ashbat Al-Shifa Pellicle (SCOBY) which it’s used in folk medicine).
