Dr. Abdullah Kamel Ahmed, a professor from the department of astronomy and space in participation of Ibn Sina center for e-learning and the department of scientific care at the ministry of youth and sports organized a virtual workshop via Google Meet service on the “Types of Ground and Space Telescopes”.
The workshop witnessed a large gathering of scholars and professors from inside and outside the college where researcher introduced the mechanism of telescopes, including the composition and magnification of images, functions of different types of ground and space telescopes used for astronomical observation of celestial bodies according to main and multiple frequency bands.
