The center for strategic and international studies at the University of Baghdad has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the college of media at the University of Thi-Qar for the sake of enhancing the scientific sobriety.
This memorandum included several matters related to higher education policies, namely quality assurance, studies and research, exchange of educational plans, publications in order to serve the progress of the two sides and exchange of the experiences of academic staff and visiting researchers for the purpose of enhancing mutual cooperation in all areas of common interest and participation in educational, research and cultural activities such as meetings, conferences, academic seminars and workshops.
