Abstract
DNA markers are very important to estimate the unknown DNA fragments that obtained by PCR, the RFLP fragments and small genome like plasmids, viruses and phages etc. Most of these markers that used in scientific research produced by international companies and sold in local market in price reach to 200 $ USA dollars for limited use. Therefore, we must produce our DNA markers to enforce our scientific ability to reduce the coast and to produce a low price product.
The summary of our results as follow:
DNA extraction from blood of healthy person: –
– Design a pair of primers for human gene using NCBI site.
-Produce a DNA marker with fragments range between 90 bp to 1400 bp using PCR and optimum condition.
-Using the new DNA marker with commercial DNA marker for comparation.
-Using the new DNA marker to estimate different DNA fragments produce by PCR.
