Abstract
The request aim’s to find ways and modes to record S/N signal (a clear one) from a chemical precipitation reaction aim to form a precipitate whatever it’s granular structure whether a crystalline or colloidal or a mixture of both which in turn will reflect the photons delay or prevent the photons to pass through (from the irradiation sources which )Light Emitting Diode(having 42.12% blue-violet, 56.73% green and 1.15 red bands This Kind of irradiation sources is characterized by having a band width of 15o (this of course is prevented by the design used that light is transported through 3-mm aperture; from one side will be in constant touch with the flow cell; while the other end will be in touch with the radiation source.
The flow cells system in the presented instrument is composed in all together of three identical twin units. Two of them are for the first system. The third one in itself represent singlet CELL system . The first system is composed of two unit cells having the length 220mm ; as each unit is of 100mm length + 20mm in between distance . While the Solo system; it is 100mm and it is alone. Any system can be used individually i.e.; Any of the two units in the first system-dual CELL and also the Solo unit in the second system singlet CELL , of course any output of any unit can be recorded individually ; and can be combined together as it is the case when recording the responses .The flow cells is a colorless transparent pyrex tube of 2mm inside diameter and an outside diameter of 4mm.
Therefore the choice of 3mm will irradiate the flow cell with a 3mm diameter which is 1mm larger than the inside diameter of the flow cell which is necessary to absorb total light expressed by the number of falling photons per unit area per unit time (seconds) i.e.; amount of photons that falls from the moment of the response appearance ts to tm. The three flow cells is incubated in a brass metal block. The brass was chosen because of the ease of working with. Aluminum and copper was not used because of their difficulty in working with. The brass metal has the face dimension of 35mmX35mm with a length extend to 100mm, which is drilled at the center with a hole of 4mm diameter.
The irradiation is done from one of the sides passing through the flow cell to the other ends where it falls on the detector surface (set of three solar cells each with the dimension of 37.8mm(L),10mm(W) and 1mm(thickness).These cells is characterized by giving 3000mVDC at day light while in a room gives 2500mV_+100mV ,. Ability to collect light at an accumulation manner. Three cells were used for each 100mm length. The spectral response of the solar cell is extended from 410nm to 1150nm i.e.; restriction to visible and near infrared region.
