The department of dormitories at the University of Baghdad held its 2nd annual festival of student talents at the cooperation complex in the presence of the Rector of University of Baghdad Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Rasool and the director of the department of dormitory affairs at the ministry of higher education and scientific research Prof. Dr. Raheem Al-Saadi and a number of directors from several Iraqi universities.
The ceremony witnessed the opening of an art exhibition and reciting poems that glorified the love of the nation as well as a fashion show. At the end of this event, the director of the department awarded Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein with the festival shield also honoring the participating students with creativity and excellence prizes.
