Assist. Prof. Dr. Mowlood Abbas Ali al-Ghribawi, a teaching staff from the Joint Pathology Unit at the college of veterinary medicine participated in the 1st scientific conference to raise awareness of the biological hazards sponsored by the national commission for the management of biological hazards and in cooperation with the program of confrontation of biological threats and the American Sandia National Laboratories (SNL). The aim of the event is to raise cultural awareness to confront such risks and preventing them. Dr. Mowlood al-Gharbawi delivered a lecture on the role of veterinarians in controlling common diseases in order to prevent human beings as well as to preserve the environment in an integrated way.
