The college of medicine at University of Baghdad held its 2nd scientific conference for postgraduate studies under the slogan (Postgraduate studies as an inexhaustible bestowal) in the presence of the university rector Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Rasool and an elite of professors of medical colleges in Iraq. The conference addressed several topics such as the drug abuse in Iraq, life information and their impact on the development of scholars, as well as abstracts of postgraduate students’ research at the college. The events of the second day witnessed delivering various lectures on the treatment of breast cancer and vitamin D. At the conclusion of this meeting, a number of participants and distinguished staff were honored for their research sobriety.
