Syntheses Elastomer Fenders ships used in Iraqi Berth form rubber batches reinforced with some industrial scrap which environment polluted and poor cost

The development of rubber industry and elastomers results from the use of mixed rubber materials and other special additives. The main scope of the project is to explore new reinforced elastomers used as Fenders for ships in Iraqi berths. After being carried out throughout design consideration and efficient tests within international standards, these samples were approved by endusers in Iraqi berths and went through proper procedures. Cement wastes and reclaims were used for reinforcement where different proportions of all materials and compounds had been tested through many experiments to meet the statistical analysis of results which were considerably acceptable. Listed as a patent for its envisioned objectives and put forward by the three members of the patent team, analysis of experiment was fully cross-correlated with the site requirements.
