Abstract
Wear considers due to mechanical equipment motion one of the danger mechanical corrosion, the accident filler was gated in mechanical part without any notify prior if mechanical maintenance was neglect. The study was done for all harvester knives, because the part is very important used in mechanical cutting and lead to consumption in mechanical parts and lead to raise the cost. Therefore the researches deal with the experimental technology process to product this part (knife). This process consistent, engineering design for cutting die and fixture for mechanical working and drilling were follow by heat treatment by carburizing in carbon plant media powder. After production of knife, were assemblies in harvester machine which mating with above technology process. The experimental wear resistance was done in dry condition for wheat and barley yield in abu-ghraib, province 12 dated 2014. And another experimental wear resistance was done in different condition for wet yield in Al-najaf city in same dated. The experimental was done for knife for different harvester machines such as, Johnder, Massy forggson, Laverda, Class and NDW machine. The results were gated are high accuracies in hardness value, impact value and wear resistance value for select metal,  comparison with product importer. And the idea was consist recycle the low carbon steel of metal (plate scrap) to the service.
