It emphasized the importance of promoting a culture of awareness, proper guidance, and reinforcing ethical and religious values among youth.

The presenter reviewed successful experiences in this field within educational institutions, stressing the importance of empowering faculty and students to design purposeful programs that contribute to creating a university environment free from negative behaviors.

The seminar concluded with a set of recommendations calling for the intensification of awareness programs and the activation of cooperation between colleges and relevant authorities to confront this serious phenomenon.
