The College of Media at the University of Baghdad organized a specialized training workshop titled “How to Use the Mailings Feature”, conducted by the Ibn Sina E-Learning Unit and presented by Senior Programmer Israa Hamid. The workshop was attended by a number of administrative and technical staff members.

The workshop aimed to train participants on mechanisms for printing certificates and endorsements in large quantities and within a short time frame, thereby facilitating the college’s operations during training courses, conferences, and seminars.

The presenter provided a detailed explanation of how to utilize this feature in both administrative and technical contexts, highlighting the importance of employing computer technologies to reduce time and effort and to enhance institutional work efficiency.

The workshop witnessed active participation and engagement from attendees, who emphasized the importance of such sessions in developing their technical and administrative skills and improving the overall quality of work within the college.

This workshop aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, by supporting continuous training and skill development for staff, thereby enhancing the quality of educational and administrative performance in academic institutions.

It also contributes to Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.
