The second training course of the “Riyada – Project Plan Development” initiative has commenced at the College of Education Ibn Rushd. The initiative is implemented by Riyada, one of the training centers accredited by the Office of the Prime Minister.
The course was held in the Riyada Hall at the College of Education Ibn Rushd, with the participation of a group of proactive young individuals with emerging projects and promising entrepreneurial ideas.
The course aimed to enhance participants’ capabilities in preparing their project plans using a scientific and systematic approach, through practical exercises and modern evaluation tools, supported by a dedicated training booklet for each participant.
The first day of the course featured specialized lectures and training modules delivered by instructor Ms. Wissan Jameel Amer. The sessions included an introduction to the objectives of the Riyada initiative, a review of participants’ ideas and projects, a detailed explanation of the “Demenz Circle” model, analysis of factors influencing customer attraction, and studies of market dynamics and competitors, along with practical applications and exercises for project plan development.
These efforts are part of Riyada’s mission to transform entrepreneurial ideas into viable projects, paving the way for future funding opportunities through Iraqi banks that support the initiative.
This course contributes to achieving one of the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4, which advocates for quality education.
